Hotel Reservations

The Renaissance Hotel room block is unfortunately full. The good news is that we have secured two centrally located, newly renovated hotels, each 10 minutes from the meeting hotel.

Embassy Row Hotel (2015 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Washington, DC, a newly renovated hotel in Dupont Circle) The Embassy Row Hotel is located less than a block from the Dupont Circle Metro station and is only 3 stops away from the Gallery Place-Chinatown Metro stop on the red line, where the Renaissance Hotel (location of WPS) is located. The Embassy Row Hotel room block includes two types of rooms at two different group rates that are comparable to the Renaissance Hotel: Standard rooms available for $269/night and Ambassador rooms available for $289/night.

Holiday Inn Capitol Hill (550 C St., SW, Washington DC, also a newly renovated hotel at L’Enfant Plaza near Capitol Hill and the National Mall) The Holiday Inn Capitol Hill is located one block from the L’Enfant Plaza Metro station and is only 2 stops away from the Gallery Place-Chinatown Metro stop on the green or yellow lines. The Holiday Inn Capitol Hill room block has all rooms at a group rate of $289/night.

Reservations for both hotels can be made starting today, Monday, January 26, through the reservation links or phone numbers below. We strongly encourage you to make hotel reservations in these blocks as quickly as possible, by Monday, March 9.

Embassy Row Hotel – reserve online or by phone at 855-893-1011 (be sure to mention Washington Policy Seminar to receive the group room rate)

Holiday Inn Capitol Hill – reserve online or by phone at 202-479-4000 (be sure to mention our group code EL4 to receive the group room rate)

We ask that Fellows and coordinators who have already reserved rooms at the Renaissance Hotel please keep those reservations. The room blocks at the Embassy Row Hotel and Holiday Inn Capitol Hill were secured as overflow room blocks for those participants who were unable to reserve rooms in our block at the Renaissance Hotel.

All questions regarding your hotel reservation should be directed to the hotel at which you reserved a room. To view a map showing the location of the Embassy Row Hotel and the Holiday Inn Capitol Hill in relation to the Renaissance Hotel, please click here.
